The Route
The Thames Path is a national trail following the River Thames from Kemble to South East London. It's about 185 miles long and beautiful, and we're walking 31 miles of it in aid of UCLH Charity.
Support us
Every donation you give helps us reach our target, and to say thank you, ARgENTUM will give a skincare or fragrance gift ~ with love. After all, helping people to heal is how this started.
The Bridges
From Hampton Court to Tower Bridge, we're crossing 26 bridges to raise £110,000 to fund a full-time clinical nurse specialist at UCLH. Here are all the bridges and a little London history.
Training
Walking can improve your mood, reduce stress, help you sleep better, and care for your heart. Training for a walk like this is essential, from how to walk to hydration; you'll find helpful hints here.
